We all love the convenience of driving to and throw from work, a convenience of mobility to destinations without delay and without the reliance of public transport consuming a good portion of our daily routine.
I have been driving for over 20 years, owned 4 cars and even worked in city parking, as an experience driver, not of old age I feel it’s time to outlay some observations in relation to our transport main roads system.
The government argue, that the pacific highway is one of the most dangerous and deadly stretches of road in Australia, that between 1995 and 2009, over 400 people died on the highway and have outlined on numerous occasions that accidents are generally at fault of drivers, being the main contribution to death tolls or day to day insurance claims for vehicle damage, through reckless driving or speeding on our highways,.
Yet over the years our motorways division and government actually also have contributed as major liability players in the factors of everyday driver fatigue or stress, vehicle damage, carbon pollution of exhaust emissions, costs contributed to fuel consumption, not to mention putting the public at risk via unnecessary inclusions on our motorways.
Everyday a large number of the public in transit travel the M1, M2 and Gold Coast highways for the purpose of leisure, work or interstate travel etc. through such highways drivers generally can expect traffic lights, variations of speed limits, cameras, road works, traffic congestion and round-abounds; maybe all of the above in one hit from A to B.
Driving from Sydney to the Sunshine coast is a clear indication of what lack of intelligence our government and motorways divisions have on what they refer to a ‘road safety’.
It is obvious the government feels they need to ‘nappy wrap’ you in safety bubbles, with continuous speed variations as low as 50kms through small towns that barely touch the pacific highway, not to mention continual interchanges of limits of 70, 80, 90 100 and 110kms on multi-lane sections of highways.
Common sense would indicate that maintaining a continuous speed throughout is actually safer for all vehicles in motion, rather than introducing the probability of congestion or accidents with flow variations contributing to possible hazards.
Modern vehicles say from 1990s – current burn more fuel on 50kms than 80-110kms, once again another unnecessary carbon emissions build-up, these are highways not back streets or areas that school children are crossing the road.
There is only one local town on the M1 from Sydney to Sunshine Coast that consists of a school on one side of the pacific highway opposite the very small town, and has signs clearly situated outlining such times to observe.
Just to outline towns you edge through, rather than pass directly through, having unnecessary speed variations of 50kms are Frederickton, Macksville, Broadwater, Ulmarra, with Kempsy standing out as a town needing a new town plan consisting of a bypass as an obvious impression.
Through such variations comes in play variables, these variables can be outlined easy, you alter a limit to 50kms on a highway approaching towns, you are causing increased exhaust pollution, a health risk to local populations via extra fuel burn build-up; you create a scenario of banking of traffic, meaning that vehicles altered in speed backlog with other vehicles now catching up, congesting such areas, rather than free flowing.
Example: In 1989 Kempsey had a bus crash (in which 35 died), that led to the deaths of 55 people on the highway, one of the worst road accidents in Australia’s history. This may or may not have been contributed to the very fact of instant congestion approaching from Sydney to Brisbane via speeds of 100km reduced to 50kms; also contributing is a dangerous and very narrow bridge that all traffic requires crossing with the need to turn right directly off the other end for the purpose of passing through the town, only to continue on the M1. Such numerous factors and variables that can be a little daunting to people that have never passed through this area before.
There are a large number of fluctuations of speed adjustments throughout these highways, a clear view that maybe our government and motorways divisions are incompetent novice drivers or stating that we are incompetent novice drivers needing such speed limiting on open roads for the reference ‘road safety’.
You alternate speeds on highways such as the M1, M2, M3, Gold Coast or The Sir Leo Hielscher Bridges (renamed February 11, 2010) you contribute to congestion on a daily bases.
The motorways division are the reason for major fuel loss, extra stress and tear of vehicles that may contribute to instability of safety of such vehicles, increased damage to roads and most of all responsible for accidents, even loss of life that may accrue through stop starts via speed fluctuations of not only congested main roads but highways without consistency.
It’s does not help flow any speed variations using ‘peak hour’ as an excuse to further congest areas, that would be quicker to exit congestion via returning and maintaining a consistent speed viable to highways.
One thing I do however notice is a considerable amount of small car owners with lack of confidence, lack of vehicle estimation abilities when it comes to parking and generally a factor of insecurity when on motorways, noticeably travelling anywhere as low as 20kms below the speed limit, a road safety hazard for free flowing traffic.
Another instance noticeable is seniors generally are not as responsive, let alone flexible coming of older age, being 60plus and are a contributing factor to lack of awareness behind their vehicles; beside their vehicles and especially in blind spots of their vehicles. The government may say that elderly are the safest drivers, but a national survey would prove the above statement to be correct in the majority factors.
There is no indication in the slightest on these motorways or main roads for a need for an alternative speed and/or flow because of obstructions for the purpose of road safety. The government and motorways division may argue that these adjustments reduce risk, but are in-hence the factor of risk, via reduction and a contributor of driver fatigue or stress.
On a final note, road works is something that could be conducted early hours of the morning, rather than during the day or evening. This is always continual and always impeding on people in transit, public or private on a regular base.
If you feel that it’s viable and safe during such hours with minimal disruption to the public, you’re an idiot…..

A few months back I was on a business trip from Gold Coast to Cairns, this time around I had taken up tickets to fly Jet Star… A brand I had not yet had the pleasure of flying.
Normally I choose Quanta’s having outstanding service to the point of remembering your requirements between flights, not to mention comfortable, or Virgin that have a modern interior with nice seats but firm.
Once onboard keeping my jacket on, as you know it’ll have rail road marks on it after the flight, situated in upper compartments and my laptop at my feet with customers getting away with more than a single piece of hand luggage, something all airports need to have a No-Buts-About policy, I found that prior to being seated the need to whisk away crumbs etc from the previous customer, also noticing numerous smudges (white) and crumbs on the seat next to me.
I notice these planes are the same models that of virgin, yet very different internally, I also notice there was a lack of visual equipment nearby not on the backing of seat, not hanging nearby in short vision distance and also not a so pleasant front of cabin design, a bit povo you might say.
Of course throughout the flight there was not any entertainment of a visual nature, this explaining not needing any screens, but music feeds were available via the arm of the seat.
Taking off you might wonder, is there enough juice in the turbines (engines) to get us off the ground, with little sound proofing, nothing like listening to engines sounding like lawnmowers at full power going hardcore.
I am off the ground, the engines still in motion but now settled finally for in-flight travel, a time when you go rummaging for your in-flight bits, what that I wonder?, on close inspection a sticker removed from wall-base along the window seating resemblance still left and part of the sticker still remains, hmmm.
It is great that I can listen to music for entertainment on a boring flight, but hold on its 25 mins into my flight and I have not yet nor will ever throughout my flight be offered headphones to listen to such feeds.
Hmmm, lucky I use headphones on my mobile and it’s not packed in my baggage, just as well they so happen to plug right into the socket provided.
You know that conditions are unsanitary when in plain sight pen marks on head rests are visible, not to mention marks on the table I’m to eat off nor was this sanitised on releasing.
During my flight being cheap I guess, all snakes and coffee were to be purchased via the menu situated towards the back of a magazine, on page 99 & 100 out of a 120 pages. This of cause indexed if you’re paying enough attention under the title ‘Have a bit’.
Out of curiosity for good measure I decided to check out the toilet situation, knowing that of cause every attention would have been taken in sanitisation here, but surprise! The paper towel dispensers’ where not cleaned for some time nor were the door panels below the sink, this noticeable when sitting down.
But if you’re on a budget or just plain cheap, then this is the brand of flight for you. 2 plus hours each way saving $90-120 return isn’t bad, but overall having cheap flights is no excuse for cheap service.
The photos below are from two different flights three days apart. I have outlined the marks and unsanitary conditions when it comes to white material used.

It is common for cultures to consume nature’s species that are native to their lands as it have been from the beginning of man.
Some cultures more than others choose to consume animals, that other cultures choose as pets or entertainment, rather being that of a food source.
We accept that there is a difference in choice from one culture to another in consumable products, as for what is expectable for one, is not a desired acceptance for another.
We must understand that certain cultures have developed for decades on certain intake of substances, of such leading to prolonged life, rather than a continual growing health bill debt problem.
On such we must look at what is exported and sold in relation to human consumption and is it acceptable to sell what you don’t eat within ones own culture.
In Asian countries it is acceptable to consume sea life and that of animals other nations would consider pets or entertainment, this of cause is acceptable, because of national choice and cultural history.
But let’s look at Australia; we of cause are a country of western culture, meaning our choice of food source aligns to that of most English or European countries.
In knowing this we now outline a fact that for a country of western choice in consumption, we however do kill and export product that as we as a culture choose to not consume, being that of brumbies.
Hmmm, why a nation would choose to kill and export via products of meat such animals that are of cause Australian icons, hero’s of war, contradicts the very nature of our cultural upbringing.
We do not consume brumbies; we do not even sell such animals on our supermarket shelves, because to us such animals are not pests but entertainment and veteran off-spring of past war, that at such times were of cause only feed to dogs, if put down or no longer able to serve.
I find it sickening and greedy that a nation can lower their morals for the sake the dollar, feeding other nations a food source we would not consume ourselves.
The fact is that as a majority we choose what our food source is and what is not; sure the government has stated that there is an eco problem, but as someone travelled, add another 50 species to the list of tracks to waterways and billabongs.
The pests of cause as we know are not that of brumbies, being clean, intelligent and scavengers, but that of lower species such as kangaroos harbouring spreadable infestations.
Yet let’s look at the facts, breeding problems are not hard to contain; Russia are voiding import of kangaroo meat, because of lack of nutrition, that are the major market importer of such and brumbies are that of an alternative revenue source, inwhich is bringing down the cost of other exported primary meat products stated by cattleman.
To me personally this is an excuse to gaining revenue of a harmless animal, not to mention a contradiction to what we consider an acceptable meat source for our own population, yet good enough for another.
We do not have a right to kill, nor export any species that’s not a national food source, as this demeans our own morals, as well as shadows what is designated for entertainment, wildlife or pets rather than food on our own table.
Just to outline one other point on such topics, how can we as a country pick on other nation’s sources of food, known to be integrated within such cultures over time, when we kill, yet don’t consume for export and revenue?

One thing I have notice over the months is the fact that production companies are sucking us into movies not correctly labelled.
We are spending money on movies stating an image on the labels not that of the movies actual design such as ’127 hours’ distributors 29th century Fox, showing a bolder larger than that within the movie, also with scenery backing not shown within movie.
Does that not upset you spending money on a movie expecting such scenarios other than that view within. Does that not upset you that what you pay for lacks in overall outcome and substance via promotional manipulation not equal to such imaging within the movie.
But what most of all I find is most disappointing, not to mention a cost with a loss is renting movies of labelling without statement not that of English throughout.
That my money is spent on a movie I have to read, that I have not got the energy to read, purely because the label lacks in statement, outlining the fact that such is subtitled and not that of English speaking.
Why are movies not labelled subtitled on the front label, sure they state on the back “English subtitled” meaning that the main speech context is that of another country, but do we really pay that much attention to the ‘ass’ of a movie when renting or purchasing especially from a machine.
Obviously something has to be done about this, sure we love to have the option of choosing and also this is good for cultural choice, but such misguidance is not just upsetting to those that do not understand the movie, but also those that just cannot absorb it in full, through the concentration of having to give it full attention.
It comes to our attention that an amendment needs to be made in regulations to publication of movies, that when the majority language is not that of the movie, must state so on the ‘front label’ to inform consumers that what is being purchased or rented is not that of their language but that of another with English subtitles’.
Recent movies I rented of such are that of ‘The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet’s Nest’ a trilogy, all subtitled, but not stated on front label as such throughout the series that I have had the pleasure of renting all of, but remembering nothing of the storylines.

Over months observing the new ‘Touch on / off’ system, it has become apparent that bus drivers want to take consumers for a ride.
These drivers are not being informative with customers relating to direction of travel, nor allowing some access to system in ‘Touching off’ prior to exit, in-turn costing travellers $5.00 for that trip instead.
On one account coming back from Seaworld Southport, arriving in Surfers Paradise on Surfside Bus 751 at around 15:40est, the bus driver did not give people time to exit the bus correctly prior to accepting new travellers on.
What happen was in serving new travellers getting on he had locked-out (Please wait…) the ‘Touch off’ system.
People tried to gain his attention, but did not respond and on this occasion there were Seaworld and half a dozen Muslim travellers on holiday staying at a hotel located nearby.
Being new to such systems like most travellers they could not work-out why they could not ‘Touch off’, I asked them to wait, but as the bus driver did not respond nor reactivate touch system 8+ people ended up walking off the bus rear exit without ‘Touching off’, mostly Muslims.
I on the other hand went to the front of the bus and had ago at the driver, telling him to reactivate the system, so people can ‘Touch off’ including my-self.
This is not the first time, over a two week period I too have been ripped by the system, below is one of those instances where I was misguided in direction of travel instead of costing $3.11 max such errors costed $10.00 in total for the experience.
06-Jul-11 04:53:54 PM Touch on Seaworld [54048] -5.00
06-Jul-11 05:25:05 PM Touch off Australia Fair [23115]
06-Jul-11 05:25:05 PM Cancel touch on Australia Fair [23115]
06-Jul-11 05:47:34 PM Touch on Markwell Avenue [50005]
06-Jul-11 05:47:34 PM Touch off Markwell Avenue [50005] -5.00
I got on the bus asking if he was going to pass through Surfers, answer was “Yes”, I ‘Touched on’ and ended up getting off the bus one stop after Australia Fair, after having ago at bus driver, for not giving right information of direction, upset I did not ‘Touch off’ with this bus, as I have to now to catch another bus in the other direction.
The driver did not indicate as a reminder to ‘Touch off’ he just closed doors quickly and drove off before such thought came to mind. I walked back to Australia Fair, remembering I have not ‘Touched off’ from the other bus ‘Touched off’ now on new bus, prior to ‘Re-touching on’ after next time minute on screen had rolled over again, headed to Surfers.
I ‘Touched off’ again at Surfers Paradise destination were I wanted to go originally, both exchanges coming home ended up costing me $5.00 each totalling $10.00.
On another instance I wanted to add credit to my card, but rather than applying the three step method 1. Add 2. Top-up 3. Touch on, the driver went 1. Touch on 2. Add 3. Touch off, stating the amount in minus -$5.00 I am viewing, was an “estimate of the trip only”.
An estimate of my trip you say? How does the system know how much my trip will cost, $5.00 is the maximum amount of a day trip, not my trip cost.
I can clearly see that I have not only ‘Touched on’ but also ‘Touched off’ within the one process, making sure that he gets $5.00 out of me for the experience.
What else you might say goes on in travelling our bus services? Would you believe that bus drivers have confiscated wallets off people, withholding customer’s property without approval!
I witnessed this on a trip home only last week, being it is ‘illegal’ to withhold any goods of a customer’s, other than to look after on approval of customer.
This bus driver had not only taken a customer’s wallet, but also hesitated in handing it back, when customer was departing the bus; sure the customer was on holiday, but there is no excuse being in possession of goods not belonging to you.
It’s is obvious that such extortion is going on and a continual practise; an audit enquiry should take place on All bus drivers individually for misconduct for period of last 3-6 months including holidays just passed.
How do you audit bus drivers you might say? Well this is very easy with the introduction of ‘GO CARDS’ we take a print of their travels and examine for $5.00 trips and then cross-checking such with continual patterns of the same driver, on top of this we examine time lapses all best done via a human audit analyst able to take in account human behaviour.
‘Minister of Transport’ would no dealt make a statement on behalf of TransLink that travellers are just forgetting to ‘Touch off’, but as you can see that on a larger scale, this not to be true.
Recently signs on 7th of July were added in buses, reminding people to ‘Touch off’, this is also the responsibility of the driver to acknowledge people getting off without ‘Touching off’ (good customer service).
On my final note on ‘Health and Safety’, All Buses are in breach of the safety with the angle and location of touch screens, being that they are not facing in an upward angle enough for plain sight, meaning allot of people have to crouch or bend-over to see the screen, not to mention they are located near entrances to pavements, putting people at a safety risk of injury.
Say if there was standing room only or if another customer was to walk into them whilst in such a precarious positions trying to view screen what could happen?
To be fare most bus drivers are courteous and do deliver on good customer service, those bad apples in the barrel thinking they are making the business and state extra money via extorting people are bringing the honest drivers down in the public’s eyes with lack of trust.

On Monday 11 July 2011 ABC News, West Australian Nationals Member for O’Connor, Federal MP Tony Crook (born 23 June 1959) past endeavors of controversy boycott Coles, Woolworths and I-G-A branded milk to support the local dairy industry? Where else would supermarkets buy the majority of goods! has accused tobacco companies of recruiting people to call MPs anonymously and criticise proposed plain packaging laws. He suspects “callers have been coached, because they always raise the same issues”.
It is obvious to me that Tony Crook is not on the same page as everyone else on this matter, obviously Tony Crook is not aware that cigarette packets have included a card on how to make contact with local MP’s in protest proposed ‘Bills’, as it is difficult for allot of people to know whom to contact, let alone getting in contact with such.
Making such claims is outrageous! No one has been coached how to criticise on issues, people have registered online with full required details and have made MP contact via template emails (user-friendly), with some also following up MPs via telecommunications (number timely supplied) if they elected to do so.
This tell us that you have a problem with the public making contact with your offices in protest to any ‘Bills’, that you have no intention, nor have any duty of care in interest towards empathy and support on public’s opinion or freedom to express towards their dissatisfaction of such ‘Bills’ being passed.
Maybe this ‘Bill’ is one of those instances not seen much, as people generally move to slow, not to mention unorganised prior to ‘Bills’ getting passed, before any action can be taken let alone accounted for.
House of Representatives’ ‘Bills List Status’ for this Bill is ‘Tobacco Plain Packaging 201199 Referred to House Health and Ageing Committee 7/7/11’; ‘Trade Marks Amendment (Tobacco Plain Packaging) 2011100 Referred to House Health and Ageing Committee 7/7/11’.
The Federal Health Minister Nicola Roxon had submitted the ‘Bill’ on Wed Jul 6, 2011, one day prior to being referred via Government (screenshot), now registered on the 7th of July, 2011 at Comlaw ‘Trade Marks Amendment (Tobacco Plain Packaging) 2011’.
Legislation Summary:
*Tobacco Plain Packaging Bill 2011
*Restricts branding, other than product brand name, on cigarette packs and tobacco products sold
*Includes restrictions on symbols, logos and other design features such as novel packaging material, embossing and foils
*Cigarette packs must be a specific shade of dark olive brown in matt finish.
*Brand name can appear on top, bottom and front of packs in a specific font legible from one metre.
*Anti-counterfeiting techniques allowed, including unique alphanumeric codes.
If passed, comes into effect January 1, 2012 with retail to comply with by July 1, 2012
Health Minister Nicola Roxon in charge of the proceedings currently for this Bill made this statement recently “We’re taking this action because tobacco is not like any other legal product. When used as intended it is lethal”.
This really outlines that such processes in ‘Bills’ passed, are more of the one-sided with conflicts of committee interest, when in approach to passing legislation through parliament via seat vote.
It’s is obvious our investment somewhat in boosting retail revenue was a little premature, with these legislations coming into affect on plain packaging etc.
Recently South Australia passed law forcing retailers and video libraries to now display films rated R in plain packaging, forcing more online purchases, because consumers need to know what they are purchasing. I could be wrong, but I assume that adult shops etc generally don’t have visual displays seen from the street? Has this addition been added to Trade Marks Act 1995?
How far do we intend to go with plain packaging besides reduced convenience store sales, as well as increase fuel prices at the pump. Additionally, local communities also suffer. You now see that such hype may give a win here and win there but affects you elsewhere, through ripples created on introduction.
Such ripples have shown in statics recently that people now are spending more in bottle shops rather than local businesses, with loss of potential revenue in Hospitality in Restaurants, Hotels and Clubs etc.
Ripples have also shown in alcohol-pops statics stating decrease in purchases of such products, congratulations! only to have increased in purchases of sparkling wine and other such types of drinks.
The Plain Packaging Act will prevent tobacco advertising and promotion on tobacco products and tobacco product packaging in order to:
- reduce the attractiveness and appeal of tobacco products to consumers, particularly young people;
- increase the notice ability and effectiveness of mandated health warnings;
- reduce the ability of the tobacco product packaging to mislead consumers about the harms of smoking; and
- Through the achievement of these aims in the long term, as part of a comprehensive suite of tobacco control measures, contribute to efforts to reduce smoking rates.
Already tobacco is concealed in displays; young people cannot purchase tobacco, only those 18 years of age classed as adults and not children of the nanny.
Regulations for tobacco will be made under a new section 231A of the Trade Marks Act 1995 last amended 14 Jan 2011, with an equivalent provision in subsection 189A(3) of the Trade Marks Act in relation to goods or services, not governed by the Plain Packaging Act, this stated below.
189A Regulations implementing the Madrid Protocol (3) Regulations made for the purposes of this section: (a) may be inconsistent with this Act; and (b) prevail over this Act (including any other regulations or other instruments made under this Act), to the extent of any inconsistency.
In observation over the years sifting through various documentation of regulations and legislations, one thing keeps coming to mind, we as a country love to contradict, so much so that we produce document after document for the purpose of convenience to walk-around what has already been stated in mainstream acts.
The Government is lacking somewhat in required personal details of voters for the tax hike and plain packaging, but so far have push through one of the two. The Government claims that 88% voted on this increase Australia wide on tax contradicting online polling, yet was that this year? Strangely enough the average percent over 7 years 1987 – 1998 I examined outlined that of 88%, showing up the fact that the exact same voters of prior date where the ones contacted to revote again as assurance. (National consistency is unlikely in random vote)
Survey with 88% results consistent on average is ‘Approve tax increase funds being used to discourage children from smoking’, sourced statics produced by: Anti-Cancer Council of Victoria, Anti-Cancer Foundation of the University of South Australia, New South Wales Cancer Council, Tasmanian Cancer Committee, Queensland Cancer Fund, Australian Medical Association, and Anti-Cancer Council of Victoria.
Smokers are people that so far have been bullied, lied too in relation to quantities per pack of harmful toxics via media broadcasting. These are people that have been pushed out of Pubs, Restaurants, Shopping centres, Parks and zoned off like prisoners and lepers alike, ostrized for the freedom to choose.
Smokers are the ones injustice here, these poor people workers mostly of a low income seeking just to be accepted and not demeaned further than they already have been.
Smokers have the right to smoke wherever they like outdoors and science have clearly explained that fact is passive smoking outdoors is not as likely, as getting associated diseases or cancers from ‘Industrial Pollution’, ‘Climate Change’, ‘Exhaust Chemicals’, ‘Oral Sex’ or ‘Age (+.1 difference)’ with simular and/or same resulting cancers and disease. (Some of the 15,000 annually may just include a percentage of such)
These people pay good money to smoke, with quarterly increases prior to the corrective tax increase, now will be totalling nearly 400% mark-up, a majority being that of tax rather than actual cost of producing a packet of cigarettes at 4¢ cig est.

Period of time ago I spent time at a court house on the good side protecting innocents, taking in the surroundings of the ‘Australian Supreme Court’.
Whilst it’s a long waiting period for your moment of 10mins or less inputting in your 2 cents worth, I notice there’s not much in the way of separation from either side, nor much security on the upper floors.
It would be a shame if such cases had a number of people batting it out for both sides of the court battle field merged whist in-wait; this with the obvious point that witnesses can be picked then picked off at a later date by the criminal’s friends or family.
Of cause this we know has happened with witnesses going missing, assaulted or even murdered over time and this explains why!, through one of many scenarios.
In my time there I took on board that prior to taking the stand your asked ‘are you happy to take the oath’, obviously this would be a ‘NO’ if having other beliefs, rather than a single god that has not proclaimed him or herself as one.
In this case affirmation is alternatively given, that of allegiance to the monarchy in a verbal, solemn and formal declaration.
What catches my eye thereafter on opting for true choice is that a Bible remains situated on the stand, outlining to some that this is the courts preference of someone giving truthful evidence.
This also states the fact that people of choosing other religions or beliefs other than the version situated in front of you are not equal, indicating that opting to swearing allegiance to your flag or queen does not take preference to that of lecturer with no proven substantial proof to date.
Are you saying that someone of catholic or other Jesus franchise religion is guaranteeing honesty by swearing on a bible, such books known to include negative teaching of separation and difference, rather than tolerance given, and is not going to sway a little because of allegiance to such. (Ideals)
This book in itself states no person can maintain nor live up to such ideal teachings, in knowing this, how is this honest, how can you make use of this in a place where honesty is that of the up most importance.
We may be a commonwealth backed by ‘Her Majesty The Queen Mother’ who’s choice of settlement alliance being that of catholic choice in past times, but we are a country on many nations through culture of many beliefs in the modern day.
A court room is not a place to be choosing between a book of stories and a flag/affirmation, it’s a place in upholding law and law is law not preference to ‘choosing what law is’.
To other beliefs having this book remaining on the stand when a person has taken an affirmation is not only an insult to their freedom of choice, but a conflict, that courts support stories rather than truths.
Is that our type of country, a country where truth in law is not that important, that a book of stories is more truth to allegiance and law?
My final note is this, all courts and all people should be taking an affirmation of cultural choice to queen or country with a hand on the flag not that of any book.

Dear Benedict XVI,
I am writing this letter to outline some true facts of life that maybe you guys need to look at for maintaining future endeavours of existence.
Campaigns of propaganda (hidden underline instigations) are not tolerated anymore; that’s propaganda campaigns in labelling; campaigns in an attempt to win over numbers; campaigns consisting of contradiction to citizen rights demonstrating of lack of tolerance towards other religions and other beliefs people have in life.
That means dogging on other beliefs and religions of various cultures of the world, using bible studies to influence followers, for the purpose of negative natured literature and social group natured digging at people not of your chosen belief.
As a reminder to date, there has never been and never will be any substantial evidence to such existence of a ‘God’ that’s of one and whole. What question is really the most important beginning of the universe or the beginning of man?
Fiction is just that, a design produced for a purpose, in your case being of guidance. The bible represents a guidebook for helping people focused on idealistic ideals in ordered life.
Ideals of such are not generally taken up by followers, but rather the social connection; this may be due to the fact that throughout in the design, the references used ‘God’ and/or ‘Jesus’, rather than that of ‘Church’ such has been analysed and determined incorrect reference.
Negative ‘Circling’ styled tactics used in the past five years within studies, forums etc, focused against others has not been overlooked and recorded accordingly, that is directly related to idealistic ideals.
The people directly below you Benedict need to take some ‘Reform’ time out as a ‘Jesus Franchise’ and review the design used, such as educational material, with a focus being that of the negative impact produce from using mental sociology designs and terminology throughout.
As the face of the foundation franchise Benedict, holding the highest percentage of receptive followers in the world, that are influence through literature design, let alone over-tuned (attuned) in the focus of the literature statements been made within your books, you need to influence change via public speech.
On a purity level against all beliefs in the world, the ‘Jesus Franchise’ places last, this is assessment through the overall outcome in percentage, via the content of negative and positive design in writing within material, thinking and of cause general campaigning.
Back to basics needed, teaching from the heart (social and economic reflection stories for teaching are ok) not the mind, what is written in reference is your franchises word not that of any self proclaimed gods stated. As such what is written / spoken in reference ‘Jesus said’ or ‘God said’ is in the highest percent of statements true reference ‘The Church said’.
Philosophy is a great tool used in many religions and beliefs, so much that this has been around longer than modern man via other forms. The ‘Jesus Franchise’ is not the creators of nature’s philosophy, you are not the first organisations in the world to produce and/or use ancient scripter’s of nature’s philosophy.
Militant Jesus sure the first of your well groomed grouped life coaching design, since been followed through into bible studies to current date and to answer your thought ‘Yes’ his teachings are that of others revised into own wording and philosophy storytelling.
Why have we picked up over the years, ‘Jesus Franchise’ groups targeting other beliefs and people of freedom of choice of living, trying to convince them to commit suicide because their choices in life that are a conflict to your organisations ideals in teaching? Why have we picked up underhandedness portrayed through out of date sociology used to emphasise labelling of others as homosexuals, illegal predators’ or worst (The targeting game).
We are aware of study groups with aims of negative/negatory focused targeting; we are aware that the bill of innocents attached to such franchises is an ever expanding number direct and indirect. That means ‘VIOLENTS’ and/or ‘DEATH’ that’s occurred through influence teaching via text and speech of a negative design. One example ‘people not following the word Jesus, are of those ‘Out there’ and you will burn in eternal hell’ (public broadcast)
Back to scripter’s, I have read a few of them and determine that correctness is not of high priority but that of convenience translation (mindset not the same alignment of that of the original writer). Scripter’s though are just that scripter’s made by man for man, not gods unless they self proclaimed gods.
To answer your thought on this, scripter’s can be designed after date with the quality and material of prior. Our modern technology can determine in current date material, cloth and other, ages right down to 10 years or less.
Furthermore on scripter’s, natures philosophy has no need for scripting, history is not as hidden and reveals its self continually that cannot be re-fabricated in happening through repeated teaching, except for those of receptive qualities.
We always will be happy to remind people of origins of religions and beliefs started prior to modern man, maybe you guys should be responsible and remind people in teaching that what is thought is a guide that correctness is only that of the scripter and/or translator more regular in classes/churches etc.
Others know of the tactics used, as they are used in other industries as well being that of modern marketing, sociology to and throw, and most importantly underline designed literature of multi terminology used throughout, enthusing negative response towards others, torrance not give towards others, personal allegiance influenced for commitment.
On influence I’d just like to say a few words, when ‘just trying to help others’ by the way, love the repetitive comeback. Helping others is about helping them find their way, find confidence within themselves, help them to be more independent rather than dependant and not that of helping dependants become independent only to mind mould them to be dependants again, for purpose of allegiance, removing actual freedom to choose but replaces it with addiction instead.
On a final world; Land given still must be allocated according to international laws, a declaration of a country must meet just that a standards and self contained requirements needed prior to declaration of a country that otherwise is a province.
I’ll be in the future pushing for change to constitutions and citizens rights in the areas mentioned of ‘RELIGION’ a one categorized preference, to be amended to ‘BELIEF’ instead for modern world catering of all cultures and interests in life. ‘Her Majesty The Queen’ at past times had written this in for the purpose of maintaining strong settlement focus and social connection now no longer required to be one-sided.

It’s great to see another event coming together within Queensland, this being the new vamped up National Tradesman Expo.
It’s great to see a slow but continual increase in women taking up the grit and grime of labouring in commercial and non-commercial building industry.
This show emphasizing on just that, encouraging more women to take up trade work, no matter of how refined or not they are.
This is a good way for promotion in traineeships and trade apprentices for young ladies or women to gain new skills within the work force, without even having picked up a gas celled nail gun before.
Besides the latest tools and gadgets needed for the job, this is also about ladies and obviously on that note there will be just that, some nice promotional ladies, that we are all use to at numerous events.
As seen in the paper our Minister for Women Karen Struthers has done her work, commenting on how well the expo will be, including some extra wishes the girls be in their Sunday best rather than doing what promotional girls do best (promote).
Promotions not about being proper all the time, it’s about gaining interest, being noticed and of cause getting people in the door.
Speculating and nit-picking like your mothers-mother, on posters that serve the purpose above mentioned doesn’t help in anyway, nor does it encourage women, when using sexist slur comments that may impede on such promotion.
Images are images; chicks like good images that are tasteful and generally have no problem looking at their own gender more than the opposite.
All I can say Karen as an MP for Women, promotion of business is an area you know well and your comments are just that, a comment nothing more.
Good luck to the organisers on a successful show at the RNA June 24 to 26, and we all hope that some impression is made to spark further interest for women working or not.

Germaine Greer, Australian born 29 January 1939, literature educated, with past careers in movies; book writing and recently a UK article writer for ‘The Guardian’ newspaper.
Germaine first created controversy with her book ‘The Female Eunuch’ that became an international best-seller in 1970, thence forth evolved into a member of women’s liberation, embracing gender differences in a positive fashion.
Greer argued in her book, ‘The Female Eunuch’, that women do not realize how much men hate them, and how much they are taught to hate themselves, that the ignorance and isolation of most women meant that they are incapable of making conversation.
A book dated at the time, raised important issues along similar lines of women being outcasts from public bars/places etc where men conversed, prior to lounges for women.
This is pattern continually arises throughout Greer’s life of feminism, focusing on the continual spite through her own experiences, being excluded from male dominate discussions.
In 1992 Greer wrote an article in ‘The Guardian’ claiming that “men hate women” but that “women cannot hate men”. A refresher of the same lines stated throughout the above mentioned book.
So wrong can one be with ignorance; if men hated women even in Greer’s day, they would not have been paying the bills, supplying a roof and clothing; and current day’s men wouldn’t be spending all their money buying drinks all night for women in pursuit of happiness and/or companionship.
Women cannot hate men, because men have been easy to ‘Play’ to recent date outlining no lack of conversational abilities, this fact now coming full circle with modern generations of males.
Males would not in current day be going out of their way in efforts of equal opportunities, reflected in today’s market, also consisting in management offering opportunities of equal pay without equal workloads, still allocating less physical tasks because of some redundant reason females are feminine bodied and males don’t come in small structural packages, that must always take up the slack. (Equal rights is an excuse, not enforced with equal workloads, but rather same pay – maybe a further breakdown of categories within industries individualized in pay structures is needed)
Outlining to you Germaine Greer that past to present corporate majority decision making is made by males; males voted yes for you to advance in equal rights as the majority.
Greer resigned in 1996 from Newnham, a women’s college, after negative publicity, derived from unsuccessfully opposition to the election her ‘transsexual’ colleague Rachael Padman.
Greer said “what was operating in Australia was ‘apartheid’ the separation and alienation South Africa tried desperately and savagely to impose on their black majority, we had achieved, apparently effortlessly, with our black minority.”
A situation Greer’s claims over look, is that prior the ‘English Settlers’ were run off their lands and businesses or murdered in Africa for the pursuit of claiming and/or operating without repercussions, no such enforcement was made in Australia.
Greer said “Though I can claim no drop of Aboriginal blood, twenty years ago Kulin women from Fitzroy adopted me”. The Kulin, was an alliance of five Indigenous Australian nations in Central Victoria, Australia, prior to European settlement.
Greer was a contestant of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ she Greer said the experience quoted, “as civilized as looking through the keyhole in your teenager’s bedroom door”.
September 2006, Greer said “The animal world has finally taken its revenge on Irwin”. In an interview with the ‘Nine Network’s’ ‘A Current Affair’ Greer said “exploitative nature documentaries” would now end. This is a statement made from a person that has spent most of her further education studying literature, education of history and philosophy, noticed via comments she’s made in past quotations.
Recently this past month Greer has now once again made reference with her educated mind, as part of the continual campaign being instigated on males that they cannot be trusted with their own children or others, which we as males apparently look at children as sex objects.
Campaign: deceitful propaganda against the male population, in an effort to undermine male dormancy through negative imaging and fragmented/subjected focus for dispositioning in an overall pursuit of power gain and reverse control.
Organisations that maybe included in various campaigns related are ‘Jesus Franchises’ (bible studies, forums, newsletters etc) and non-profit liberation groups – writing and subjecting in variations of terminology isn’t overlooked, nor making the connections of circling the main subjects building distrust.
Also outlining her expansion of past history on the statement, “Barbie doll herself is a fetish; she’s descended from a sex toy”, rather than fashion dolls; “Little girls learn to flirt” by fathers asking to kiss them goodnight” Greer in-sighting that this is okay for a mother but not a father to show affection towards his own, that a male might advance this to some sort of depravedness.
In Brief: Ruth Handler watched her daughter Barbara play with paper dolls, and noticed that she often enjoyed giving them adult roles. At the time, most children’s toy dolls were representations of infants.
The first Barbie was in 1959 Barbie is a fashion doll manufactured by the American toy-company ‘Mattel, Inc’. and launched in March 1959. American businesswoman Ruth Handler is credited with the creation of the doll using a German doll called ‘Bild Lilli’ as her inspiration
‘The Bild Lilli Doll’ was a German fashion doll produced from 1950 to 1964, based on the comic-strip character Lilli. She is the predecessor of Barbie.
Germaine Greer you are shallow, washed out, still having a need for the limelight. Your whole view in life is your personal gripe with life, being that of history, equality and being influence thence reflected through opinions on subjects you really have no knowledge of.
My suggestion is this: Quit women’s liberation because you are not operating in a positive fashion; don’t comment on any subject ever again without doing some research; don’t write articles on what you don’t know, as books only tell so much and keep what’s left of your integrity left for retirement.
Wise advice produced from wisdom, not a degree in literature.

National Tradesman Expo – Girls in Hats
